More Journal Square happenings. Heres a rendering of what will be a new (small) park adjacent to the new new Hudson County College Building on Sip Ave. The Journal Square Area desperately needs some kind of sitting, grassy area, and the 8' x 8' patch of closed off grass at the PATH station doesnt really count. This will be a nice addition. I wish all large empty lots that have no future for business or residential would be transformed into a park.
