Top Ten Reasons why Jersey City has proper Formula for a Great City

  1. Transportation – Jersey City is probably the most well connected, well integrated, heavily linked city in the world.
    1. 6 Major vehicular arteries lead/intersect Into Jersey City (I75, I95, I280, 1/9, Route 3, Holland Tunnel).

  4. Backyards still exist in the city – Yes many homes in Jersey City even though they are a short Path Train ride into Manhattan actually have a backyard.
  5. The savings Continue - $1.75 for a Path Train ride vs $2.00 for a ride into the heart of Manhattan (oh and we also have the shortest ride into Wall Street)
  6. A skyline that many claim will rival that of Manhattan
  7. Donald trump believe so much in Jersey City he decided to build the tallest towers in New Jersey– Eat your heart out Hoboken …
  8. Americas most impressive Art Deco Renovation project in history – aka The Beacon
  9. A Driving Range- Hiya doin Hoboken ! HA HA!
The Arts- while I could use a lesson or two in the arts, I know that Jersey City has a heart that beats out loud when it comes to the arts.
