Slight Progress?

As has been mentioned on the JC Rising Forum, chain link fencing has gone up around the perimeter of the site for the new Harwood project. This could be the preperation for demo work of the eyesores that remain along the entrance of the JSQ PATH. Last we left them, the developers were trying to get more money from the city to jumpstart the project. We'll see if this means its going through or its just a new fence.
